  About eMSuite

We have built, deployed, and use an innovative Web based Project Management solution that allows its managers to maximize internal overhead cost reduction initiatives, realize cost savings, facilitate geographically dispersed and organizationally unique project team personnel, institute and deploy best practices, collect and report on critical metric information, and guarantee responsiveness, thereby ensuring cooperation traceability. This solution, referred to as eMSuite (Electronic Management Suite), is a Web enabled solution that offers our Project Managers an efficient and effective way to mold, manage, and maintain high performance teams performing a wide variety of services required to meet contractual requirements.

eMSuite is a modular system and provides great flexibility for customization to specific Program and Project requirements and management and team member needs. The modules provided within this application are:
  • Administration. An Administrative function for customization of selection lists and naming conventions specific to the Program or Project and for establishing new user accounts.
  • Registration. A user registration feature for controlled auto-registration once the Suite Administrator authorizes user access.
  • What’s New. An area for posting key Program/Project announcements to the team.
  • Conferencing. A dynamic area where users can create discussion topics and setup individual participation criteria.
  • Contacts. Online POC information (similar to a business card).
  • Action Items. Assign and track action items online with overdue triggers and statistical data provided on overall status.
  • Calendar. An online Calendar for posting scheduled time off, meetings (recording meeting minutes and attendee lists), milestones, etc.
  • Document Review. An area for evaluating and collaborating on proposals, briefings; white papers, written deliverables, etc.
  • Library. An online Library for final documentation and reference material.
  • Help Center. Help Center provides area to record incoming phone calls and emails from the client. Help Center is integrated with Requestor to generate Client Requests related to a Help Center Ticket.
  • Status Reporting. An area for working team members to provide weekly updates on Project tasks, milestones, meetings, phone conversations, etc. Management can generate monthly reports from the information collected.
  • Project Info. Project Information provides an area for management to load key SOW line items, functional requirements, technical requirements and sub-requirements. Work requests can be generated from these requirements, providing full trace ability back to the SOW line item.
  • Requestor. Requestor provides work task assignment, management, and oversight for Software Development, Maintenance, and Administration tasks associated with primarily application development projects. This module has a Client Requestor feature that allows the Client to enter requests for application enhancements, report problem fixes, approve/disapprove releases, and obtain status for each requests generated on their applications.
  • Testing. Testing provides management of system testing using test scripts, assignments, and problem reports. Works in conjucntion with Requester.
  • Contract Management. Designed to manage the proposal workflow process specific to a contract vehicle, the life cycle of task orders issued under the contract, and subcontractor participation. Allows all team members, including CACI and its subcontractors, access to their information while protecting sensitive/private information.
    • Process RFP. Introduces new Requests for Proposal to team for comment and arrive at a bid/no bid decision. If decision is made to propose, the Develop Proposal area is established for the effort.
    • Develop Proposal. An area designed to facilitate assembly of the proposal in preparation for presentation to NAVSUP. Opens up proposal development process to subcontractors for input. If proposal results in tasking, the Delivery Order area is established for the effort.
    • Delivery Order. Introduces the delivery order and creates a place to manage each delivery order on a monthly basis. Customers have access to review all delivery order information such as SOW, monthly reports, deliverables, invoices, etc.
    • Reference Library. An area to post background information relevant to contract management, such as contract SOW, processes and procedures, labor category qualifications, work breakdown structure, meeting minutes, etc.
    • Participant Info. Introduces each of the team members and highlights their past performance and capabilities relevant to the contract
